Bad companies don’t care to see your damn Certificates. And no Appointment letter given, so that they can cut your pay, without any prove even reported your incidents to MOM! No proper training, the person in charge unwilling to share his/her experience to teach you, scared that you might steal his/her rice bowl, made you study yourself. Made you sit all days like a moron looking at their profile their computer screen, waiting for job assign. Feel like an idiot, always be controlled to do things, assisting in clearing for someone mess that kind of job – employers who wanted to cut cost always take advantage of new comers help them to move office to another location! Or even clean their toilets!
Or work in an unorganized environment with messy folders with funny names with no labels or files not in proper manner, not well organized. Just want to waste your time look through thoroughly all pages in the folder, confuse you to make you perform badly, don’t want you to understand how their system work, or learn things fast easily. In short, if the person in charge of you died or absent, no one able to follow up or understand if the boss too relied on him/her! Sometime really gave me a headache working with such people not well organized but talented, might quit if I can’t adapt to such environment as our attitude of handle things is different!
Some companies have 2 different names for its own and having their own potential customers; make me not to mentioned one of its names. May be doing illegal things!
It’s hard and difficult to adapt in such environments people don’t give you time to adapt to learn and improve. Like going to the contests, they like to judge you by a few days instead of given 3 months probation period. Then out you go, if you can’t please them at all, just make you feel like a Loser! The name of the companies always appeared within a short period of time in newspaper or in any related to job search, that the companies who practiced that often!
It’s pointless to talk back even they were wrong! They just want workers that can sacrifice more of their time at work, even their lunch time! Some evil employers or colleagues will even try to provoke their subordinate, record it as an evidence and make good used of it when their bad time come. Or threaten to cut their pay cheque if they dare to speak badly about them. So better don’t speak because enemies are everywhere!
