Only knew when internet breakdown on May this year 2020. Found IMDA policies changed secretly fooled low-income group, cheated us for many months!

Living with idiots never care our feedback! No auto update internet speed, helped us suffered losts! Paying same $9 Home Access get lower internet speed about 200Mbps or below! Not getting 500Mbps. IMDA said, "Versions different."

Wicked Government logic: Paying the same price, but gave us rotten apple under same company!

M1 no rebate for affected customers during internet breakdown for whole day on May, till charge the same $9 every month! (M1 said, "Not for Home Access clients.") New citizens created their own illogical rules.
