I called “Tampines Town Council” last week, but no operator handled my calls, during operating hours! So, I feedback online, because they trimmed only 1 tree near my kitchen! – Again at the wrong side! My neighbor side!
Their action fast, trimmed it within 2 days! – 1st day sent their contractor had a look, 2nd day trimmed away! But, only trimmed 1 tree properly near my kitchen!
They didn’t trim properly on other tree! – A branch of the tree till extended toward the lamp post closes to my room!
Environment green doesn’t well for my family, living in a “dark” home, like a dungeon! My mum will over sleep! She had special gift, morning light can wake her up, without alarm clock! But for me, I need her call! Now, I only can see little part of the beautiful sky!
Just released from my torture course, too busy I was on my course! I had my own party, slept late early this morning. Only 2 hours of sleep then received a morning call! Since, no action on other tree after a week, so I took action! I replied to their Manager, yesterday!
Her tone not sounded nice because she was not happy, might be her Manager scolded her this morning not doing her job properly! Can observe from my stairway but she sounded like a boss, told me come down show her which part to cut, so she will tell her contractor to cut immediately, today! I did tell her last week; send picture for her when she called me on the phone asked whether I satisfied of their job. But, she said no need!
I have “psycho effect” so I rejected her! – Stranger! Singapore not so safe anymore! Perhaps, these people murdered by them, lor! Called them down, and then disappeared!
I went back to sleep after the call. A few minutes later, I heard her barking below me talking with somebody in other dialect language, sounded like scolding me! Glad! I didn’t go down! No loud machine working! Liar! Trying to fool me!
Next time, wait for something wrong, my indoor plants complained they’re going to die, not enough sunlight! Then, I will call or write in with attached picture, tell them one at a time to trim a tree in different month, since our “Tampines Town Council” Customer Service cannot handle 2 things properly! If anything happened in other blocks, none of my business! Police, I have very good reason, the trees blocked my view! I can’t see any!
