No More Call Centre In The Future!

Destroy all Call centres, it so outdated! It will be great; all orders/requests will be done online these days! Let the computers do the jobs, with well planned websites that can answer all enquires most customers needs, compute the prices before confirm it, purchase anything by cash or whatever payments! It possible in my dreams!

And it will be best including Donation to save lives! Since you people are so rich to order such kind of food! (Other people are starving and no education while you people enjoying!)

After the 2 day observation of my buddies, I learned a lot of things! I suggest this, because most customers cannot make up their mind what to eat! What they want! Take so long to decide! Customer Service Agents always get scolded or asked to quit when customers made their lives difficulties! Online orders websites very suit for “Stupid and Slow people” in Singapore! And for mute or people who don’t want to talk!

I’m not a creator or planner created such law or rules, fresh as same as you! Don’t ask me why what it tastes like! What inside? – I’m not the cook! I only eat bread whole my life! But I dare to eat any if my body accepts it! Don’t ask me why things that not related to my job, you get me into trouble! – I only take orders, and there’s no aid to transfer your call to meet yours enquires, sorry! (Note: Make sure you know your postal code before calling to order anything! So the Customer Service Agents easy access your location! Stupid systems at KFC/Pizza Hut Call Centre cannot recognize your location without postal code. Need to type in full address to locate it! Wow! So outdated call centre!)

All No More! For all Customer Service Agents:
• No more sacrificed my personal time to study your damn company shits (Bosses didn’t take me seriously! Make me quit in a fast speed!)
• No more memorize the pricing of different items (Can’t answer you directly, no Price List in front of me! And my math is sucks, I need computer calculate for me!)
• No more orders taking by human beings! No more human errors! (No spelling checking for me!)
• No more handle prank callers or line cut off!
• No more lies, no more following scripts! No more acting hardworking!
• No more care how much topping/ingredients to add/remove dealing with fussy customers! (Do it themselves on “Online Order!” Let the computer do the jobs!)
• No more answer stupid questions (How I know how much you eat, your stomach how big? I only know my mum can eat up 2 bowl of rice even she looks small and tiny!)
• No more suggest food! You decide!
• No more frustrations or cursing after ended the call!
• No more lost of voice! (No more talking to human beings!)
• No more transfer calls in some companies. And blah blah blah ….. Whatever bad things!

Might someday all Customer Service Agents will be the next one say to me, Moon you’re evil! You had caused us lost ours jobs! (This is an advice don’t any how give birth, your children will be the next sacrificed! Worthless! No good gene for you! I rather destroy mine! Can’t you foresee people?)

I don’t like you! You’re looked ugly! You’re too weak! So I have to kill and destroy you! I can’t take it any more! Too many! (Should I be glad you killed me. No more go through my growing-up pain states! I’m free!)

Sensitive

I got skin issues but looked normal. I don't have steady prints. My fingers prints will change after certain time. Good thing, I can change my identity! (Like, Secret Underworld Society) Disadvantages mainly at work, companies using Time Clock Fingerprint Sensor! 🙁 - 猪油 contamination! Unhygienic, everyone pressing on the same screen with naked skin! (Muslims ban it! I also don't like it.)

Long queue for clocking, press again and again, cannot pass! The people always made fun of me. Laughing loudly! Or said nasty things, jeopardized them missed their bus! So I always queued at the last!

Hate HR embarrassed me in public! No sensitive nerves care those in needs! No VIP special pass or passwords for those born, special. - Die of shame be Singaporean! Government unable protect their vulnerable citizens. Never made me feel like home.

Inactive SIM

After Facebook incident recently. Very odd coincidence, my Singtel prepaid SIM card inactivated! Trouble login accounts associated with my mobile phone! (Too much secrets exposed! 小人 sabotaged me!) “浪费一个月! 又浪费一个礼拜! 气死人!”
Not all accounts got options login using another email! As usual many... years, I left it idle for few months after expiry! (Till can sms, but cannot call! If I needed call, just top-up that all!) – Poor people friendly service! Now, no More! Adjust to new conditions! Everything changed!

No serious warning SIM Card inactive will charge fee!!! They just immobilized me due to no Top-up made!!!”

Made me tenser (confusing me) after received an email no solution to get back my number, simply replied "…you can walk in any hello shop to apply for a new prepaid card with SingTel." – Singtel did not update their customer's needs! (Repeated my story talking to different parties!) No instant email (took days… reply!)

Only informed their hidden secret when I called
